First, because I'm looking for inspiration.
I always liked chatting with builders - that's probably one of the reasons why I've enjoyed Kiwi community so much. So happy to learn about your projects, challenges, and visions for the future. Especially if you have been reading this blog for a while!
Second, because we might end up working together.
Crypto industry is small and you never know if a guy who gave you a beer at Devconnect Istanbul 2023 wouldn't become your business partner in 2026. But to do something together it's important to get to know each other and the call might be the first step.
At the moment I'm only doing part-time projects. But if there's right chemistry, maybe we will decide to work together full-time. Or do some BD partnership one day. Who knows.
Third, because it just seems fun.
My last 8 years of work included a co-founder’s death, 80h workweeks as a CEO, leading a company through COVID chaos, recording so many podcast episodes I couldn't even look at a mic anymore, stress of closing one hectic last-minute M&A, and working on Kiwi in the crazy crypto environment with little funding.
I felt like I did enough to prove myself I can hustle. Now it's time for some fun (before my obsessive mind starts hustling again).
